摘要
采用多种统计方法对宜宾烟区筠连、兴文、珙县、屏山等产地近5年的烟叶总糖、还原糖、淀粉等碳氮化合物以及矿物质元素等化学成分进行了统计分析。结果表明:不同部位含氮化合物以及钾、锌、铁等矿质元素差异显著,碳水化合物及氯、硫、磷等矿质元素差异不显著;总糖、还原糖、总烟碱、钾含量年度间存在显著差异,其他成分差异不显著;不同产地烟叶化学成分差异较大。
In this research,carbonitrides and mineral elements of flue-cured tobacco produced from Junlian,Xingwen,Gongxian,Pingshan were analyzed by employing different statistic methods.The data indicated that nitrogen compounds and mineral elements,such as potassium,zinc and iron in different parts of flue-cured tobacco were significantly different while carbohydrate and mineral elements like chlorine,sulfur and phosphorus were not significantly different.The level of total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine and potassium varied greatly from year to year.The chemical elements in tobacco varied considerably in different regions.
