摘要
本文探讨了微波消解,氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定还原染料中硒的分析方法。通过加入尿素可以抑制硝酸的干扰,不需要赶酸,用盐酸还原后直接测定硒的含量,并用于实际样品的测定。方法的检出限0.10μg/L,线性范围0-40μg/L,回收率94%~101%。
The analysis of Se in vat dyestuff by microwave digestion-hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry was determined . The influence of nitric acid was inhabited by adding urea without heating out. Determing the content of Se reduced by hydrochloric acid was used directly in the practical samples. The determination limit was 0. 10 μg/L, the linear range was 0-40μg/L and the recovery rate was 94%-101% .
