摘要
文章针对长江运砂船建造中出现的轮机方面的问题,在认真研究了现行法规、规范、规程和相关规定要求的基础上并通过实证研究,分析、归纳形成长江运沙船轮机检验要点。旨在为船厂质检人员、轮机验船师现场检验提供参考,确保长江运砂船建造质量,减少"问题船"投入长江运输。
Aiming at problems arising from marine inspection in the construction of sand carriers in the Yangtze River, this paper, by means of empirical research, summarizes the key points about marine inspection on the basis of the current laws and regulations, standards and rules, for the purpose of being a reference for those who work as quality inspectors in marine factories and marine surveyors to ensure the good quality of sand carriers building and avoid the unqualified transport sand carriers.
