摘要
目的:考察团体辅导在解决大学生人际交往问题时的有效性。方法:使用SCL—90进行前后测;对团体中的部分成员进行随机访谈。结果:SCL—90人际敏感因子(t=3.35,P<0.01)、偏执因子(t=4.22,P<0.001)、敌对因子(t=3.53,P<0.01)、恐怖因子(t=3.02,P<0.01)、焦虑因子(t=5.77,P<0.001)前后测结果差异显著;个案访谈同样显示了团体成员在辅导前后的巨大变化。结论:团体辅导对促进和谐沟通及提高心理健康水平具有积极的影响作用。
Objective: To study the effect of group counseling on addressing interpersonal problems of college students. Methods: using the SCL-90 before and after the test, interview with some of the members of the groups randomly. Results: The results of Interpersonal sensitivity faetor(t = 3.35, P〈0.01), Paranoid factor(t=4. 22, P〈0. 001), Hostility factor(t=3.53, P〈0.01), Phobic factor(t= 3.02, P〈0.01),Anxiety factor(t=5.77, P〈0. 001) are significantly different before and after the test, Case interviews also show the dramatic changes before and after the counseling. Conclusion: Group counseling to promote harmony and improve communication between mental health has a positive effect.
