摘要
建立了旋转压滤机滤室的3D工作模型,利用FLUENT软件对旋转压滤机滤室的工作模型进行了仿真分析,在过滤介质表面与旋转叶片的表面的关键截面间,比较了不同半径关键截面上的无因次速度分布状态,并对不同半径关键截面处的三个方向的无因次速度,即周向、径向和轴向无因次速度进行比较与分析,得出无因次速度分布规律,此外,对旋转压滤机的旋转叶片的扭矩进行了实测,与仿真结果十分接近.
In this paper, the working-model of rotary filter-press's filter-room is built, and using FLU-ENT software to simulate and analysis about the model. In the key sections of the surface between filter media and the rotating blades, the different key sections' radius of the non-dimensional velocity distribution and the different cross-section radius of the key directions of the agency's three non-dimensional speeds, that are circumferential, radial and axial non-dimensional speeds are compared to get to the non-dimensional velocity distribution curve. In addition, the rotating blades'corque is measured and result is very closed to simulation' s.
