CT引导下仰卧位骶髂置钉术治疗骨盆后环损伤 被引量:9

摘要 骨盆的生物力学研究发现,骨盆后部结构对骨盆的稳定作用占60%,前部占40纠”。亦有研究表明在整个骨盆负载中后环占70%(压应力)。骨盆后环是承载和负重的必经之路。所以骨盆骨折应重点解决骨盆后环的力学稳定性。
