手术治疗儿童股骨颈骨折16例体会 被引量：1

摘要 儿童股骨颈骨折临床少见，多因较大暴力引起，但并发股骨头缺血性坏死率较高。自2003年2月～2008年12月，笔者共收治儿童股骨颈骨折34例．其中16例采用闭合复位空心松质骨拉力螺钉或空心加压螺纹钉内固定治疗．均取得满意效果。现报告如下。
