摘要
采用高效液相色谱法确定喜树嫩叶中存在喜树碱,并以碱液为溶剂超声波从喜树嫩叶中提取喜树碱。实验结果表明,以0.3%NaOH溶液为溶剂,按14mL/g原料.次,超声波提取30min,可使喜树碱与相邻组分达到良好分离。
The existance of Camptothecin in tender leaves of Camptotheca acuminate is determinted by HPLC.And the Camptothecin from tender leaves of Camptotheca acuminate is extracted by NaOH aq.and ultrasound.The experimental result showed that Camptothecin can be separated from other components well when the concentration of NaOH aq.is 0.3%,the volume of extracted solvent is 14 mL/g raw material time,the extracted time by ultrasound is 30 min.
