布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜手术的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在宫腔镜手术的安全性与临床效果。方法80例行宫腔镜手术的患者随机分成两组,布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(A组)和芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(B组),每组40例,比较两组循环和呼吸的变化、术中体动及镇痛效果情况、患者对手术的记忆、意识消失及睁眼时间。结果A、B两组的镇痛效果、麻醉起效和恢复时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者诱导前后的心率、血压无明显改变;B组患者心率、血压诱导前后则变化较大,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜手术与芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉的麻醉效果相当,但其对患者的心率及血压方面的影响较小。
