摘要
介绍了一种单芯锂离子或锂聚合物电池供电系统的专用保护复合芯片,该芯片集成了保护电路芯片和N沟道MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semicoductor Field Effect Transistor,即:金属氧化物半导体场效应管)开关芯片,从而最大限度地减少了外围元器件需求,降低制造成本并提高产品的可靠性。经测试,其实现了过充电电压、过放电电压的保护,过充电电流、过放电电流的保护,短路保护等各项功能,且工作时功耗非常低。该芯片不仅用于手机设计,也适用于任何需要锂离子或锂聚合物可充电电池长时间供电的各种信息产品的应用场合,有较好的实用价值和推广价值。
A special combination protection chip supply system is introduced in this paper. This MOSFET switch chip, so that it can not only production costs to the extent,but also can improve for single Li-ion or lithium-polymer battery power chip is integrated by protection circuit chip and N reduce requirements for external components and the product reliability. Tests showes that the chip has these functions: overvohage protection, overcurrent protection, undervohage protection, undercurrent protection and low power consumption. It can also be used in mobile phone and any other information products which require long-time power supply, so it has great practical and popularization value.
