摘要
肾脏恶性肿瘤的发病率近年来有逐渐上升的趋势,早期诊断对其治疗及预后有重要意义。随着MSCT的不断发展及应用,CT灌注成像技术在肾脏及其恶性肿瘤方面的应用成为研究的热点与难点,本文综述了CT灌注成像技术在肾脏及其恶性肿瘤方面的应用现状及优缺点,对其诊断及鉴别诊断有一定指导意义。
The incidence of renal cancer is gradually increasing recently, and its early diagnosis is important to treatment and prognosis. As the MSCT develop and is applied unceasingly, the application of CT perfnsion imaging technology in kidney and renal cancer is becoming into the research hotspot and difficulty. The text sums up the current situation of application and relative merits of CT perfusion imaging technology in kidney and renal cancer, and gives certain directions to its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
