摘要
目的为制备脑梗塞动物模型提供一种新颖、简便、廉价的方法.方法分别采用显微镜镜头手术技术(A组)和视屏手术技术(B组)阻断大脑中动脉,术中监测局部脑血流,术后第3天进行改良的神经症状严重程度记分、采用2,3,5-三苯-2H-四氮杂茂氯化物染色脑梗塞大鼠的脑片并计算脑梗塞灶的容积百分比.结果采用轻便型显微镜视屏手术技术阻断大脑中动脉,操作准确、平稳、微创、舒适;手术成功率可达74.07%(54%~89%);脑梗塞灶的容积百分比为15.22%(7.47%~22.97%).统计分析表明,A、B组的成功率没有显著性差异、B组内个体之间脑梗塞灶的容积百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用轻便型显微镜视屏手术模式可成功地复制脑梗塞动物模型,其方法简便、廉价,微创、舒适.
Objective To provide a novel,simple and cheap approach to establish cerebral infarction model.Methods Occlusion of the middle cerebral artery was guided by imaging on microscope lens(Group A) or imaging on monitor screen(Group B) and monitored by focal cerebral blood flow.To produce operating success rate and infarction volume rate,the modified neurological severity score and the 2,3,5-2-Tripheny1-2H-Trezolium Chloride staining was carried out on the 3 rd day after operation.Results Occlusion of the middle cerebral artery by means of comparatively easy monitor screen operative technique was accurate,smooth,minimally invasive,and comfortable with an operating success rate of 74.07 %(54 %~89%) and an infarct volume percentage of 15.22 %(7.47%~22.97%).Stastical analysis showed that no distinct difference of operating success rate presented between Group A and Group B and no distinct difference of infarct volume percentage presented in Group B(P〉0.05).Con clusion Comparatively easy microscope screen operative technique is a simple,cheap,minimally invasive,and easy approach to successful establishment of animal model of cerebral infarction.
