摘要
对复掺矿物掺合料混凝土快速碳化进行了试验研究,考察了水胶比、矿物掺合料掺量、掺合料种类及掺合料之间的比例等因素对混凝土碳化深度的影响,分析了矿物掺合料复掺时对混凝土碳化性能的影响。结果表明:水胶比越大,混凝土碳化深度越大;混凝土碳化深度随着矿物掺合料掺量的增加而增大;单掺粉煤灰、矿渣对混凝土抗碳化性能是没有明显改善;当粉煤灰、矿渣复合使用时,混凝土的抗碳化性能随着粉煤灰掺量的增加、矿渣掺量的减少而降低;当粉煤灰与硅灰复合使用时,混凝土的碳化深度随硅灰掺量的减少、粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低。
The experimental research of quick carbonization of concrete with composite addition of mineral admixture was carried out, the influences of such factors as water-cement ratio,addition requirement of mineral admixture, types of admixtures and admixture ratio etc. on concrete carbonization depth were investigated,and the influence of composite addition of mineral admixture on concrete carbonization was also analyzed. The results show that, the higher the water-cement ratio is, the higher the concrete carbonization depth is; The concrete carbonization depth increases with the increase of the mineral admixture addition; The concrete carbonization resistance are not improved remarkably with the separate addition of fly ash and ore slags. When the fly ash and slags are used in combination, the concrete carbonization resistance reduces with the increase of fly ash addition and decrease of ore slag addition. When the fly ash is used in comination with silica fume, the concrete carbonization depth reduces with the decrease of silica fume addition and increase of fly ash addition.
