摘要
目的探讨食用问题奶粉患儿肾结石声像图特征。方法筛查食用问题奶粉患儿3105例,采用二维高分辨力超声仔细观察患儿肾脏大小、实质厚度、回声强度,肾盂、肾盏、输尿管有否结石、扩张、积水等。结果3105例患儿确诊结晶94例、结石6例,共116枚,其中110枚<3mm;6枚>4mm;97枚结石呈散在颗粒状;7枚呈沙粒状堆积;6枚不规则形;6枚呈圆或椭圆形。小者无声影或伴有弱声影,大者呈圆形或椭圆形有声影。结论食用问题奶粉患儿肾结石声像图表现为:大多数呈小的颗粒状,少数呈沙粒状强回声堆积或不规则形、圆或椭圆形,小者无声影或有弱声影,大者伴有声影。结石后缘可见。
【Objective】To investigate the ultrasonic appearance of kidney stones of children being fed with contaminated milkpowder.【Methods】Screen for the 3105 cases of children being fed with contaminated milkpowder, we observed the shape, the thickness of the substance, echo intensity of the kidney. Whether there is stone, hydronephrosis or expansion in pelvis, ureter or renal calices. 【Results】 94 cases were final diagnosised crystallizations among 3 105 children. 6 cases were diagnosised stones, the total of the stones is 116, among of these 116 stones, 110 of them were less than 3 mm in diameter, 6 of them were more than 4 mm in diameter. 97 of the stones were granular, 7 were piled up granular, 6 were irregular-shaped, another 6 were round or oval. Small ones don＇t have acoustic shadow or have acoustic shadow, the bigger ones are round or oval with acoustic. [ Conclusions] The ultrasonic appearance of kidney stones of children being fed with contaminated milkpowder follows： Most of them were small granular, fewness were granular sand stones that piled up with strong echo, irregular-shaped, round or oval, small ones don＇t have acoustic shadow or have weak acoustic shadow and the bigger ones have acoustic. The traihng edge of the stories can be seen.
