摘要
应用秩和比法对西部县医院医疗质量展开综合评价。根据综合评价结果,将西部11个省(直辖市、自治区)县医院的医疗质量分为三档:上档为云南;中档为广西、内蒙古、陕西、新疆、青海、宁夏、贵州、甘肃;下档为重庆及四川。同时得出结论:秩和比法适用于各类资料的综合评价,能够科学反映县医院的医疗质量。
We carried out comprehensive evaluation on western county hospital medical quality using rand sum ratio method. The results showed that the county hospitals in 11 western provinces could be divided into three classes： the first is Yunnan; the second are Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Guizhou, Gansu; the third are Chongqing and Sichuan. The results also showed that rand sum ratio method could be used in all comprehensive evaluations of qualitative and quantitative data.
