摘要
近年来,溃疡愈合质量已经逐渐成为评价消化系统溃疡治疗效果的重要指标。中医药治疗胃溃疡从整体调节出发,注重整体与局部相结合,辨证与辨病相渗透,利用多途径、多层次、多靶点的作用特点,在抗幽门螺旋杆菌、改善胃局部血液循环、提高胃黏膜的抗损伤和修复力等几个方面提高了胃溃疡的愈合质量,显现出其特有的优势。中医药治疗提高胃溃疡愈合质量前景广阔,值得进一步研究。
In recent years, the quality of gastric ulcer healing has become an important criterion in evaluating the treatment effect of digestive system ulcer. Traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） cures the gastric ulcer from the macro-regulations, pay attention to the combination whole and part, infiltration of identification and differentiation of disease, take advantage of multi-ways, muhi-level, multi-target ,it improves the quality of gastric ulcer healing from the following aspects,antihelicobacter pylori, improving local blood circulation of stomach, improving the anti-injury and repaiement ability of gastric mucosa, and so on. TCM shows its special advantages. TCM treatment in improving the quality of gastric ulcer healing sees even greater prospects, it is worth making further research.
