摘要 实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)是新近发展的一项技术,是超声技术领域内的新突破。RT-3DE能观察小儿心脏瓣膜的立体形态,可以显示心脏和大血管的空间方位和连接关系,显示深部心壁与房、室间隔的整体形态。通过三维空间结构对小儿先天性心脏病缺损的定量和复杂先天性心脏病提供更准确的空间解剖信息。RT-3DE可分区计测小儿局部心功能,获得心动周期中各个节段的容量变化信息。 Real-time three-dimensional echocardiograph (RT-3DE)was a new technology and a new breakthrough in the field of echocardiographicy. RT-3DE can observe infant three-dimensional shape of cardiac anatomy, can display space position and connect relation of cardiac and big blood vessel, display deep cardiac wall, the whole shape of atrial and ventricular septum. Through three-dimensional space structure, can provide more exact space anatomy information to infant congenital heart disease defective quantity and complicated congenital heart disease. RT-3DE can measure infant in part cardiac function, acquire volum variation information among every sections of cardiac cycle.
