摘要
重点分析了能量转移式均衡控制方法,结合反激式变换原理,改进了矿用单轨机车动力锂电池组的均衡电路。解决了传统均衡控制中的热管理、能量耗散、效率低等问题,使能量可以在单体电池间转移,同时采用了优化的电池电压检测电路,提高了检测精度,减小了测量时的漏电流。
This paper analyzes some energy transfer type balanced control methods, combines flyback transformer principle, and improves Mine Monorail Locomotive power lithium-ion batteries equalization circuit. This plan solves some traditional equalization control questions which include thermal management, energy dissipation and inefficient. It makes energy transfer fastly between the monomer battery. At the same time, it adopts optimization voltage detection circuit, in order to improve the accuracy of voltage detection circuit and reduce the leakage electric current in the voltage measurement.
