摘要
矿用车辆电液行走控制系统是一种将可编程控制器用于煤矿井下车辆电液行走控制的系统,解决煤矿井下车辆行走控制的静液压系统控制模块产品单一的问题,用于煤矿井下车辆的行走控制。采集板通过总线隔离模块与可编程控制器相连接,防爆电比例阀与可编程控制器相连接。矿用车辆的行走速度随液压马达转速的升高而升高,而液压马达的转速随矿用隔爆型比例阀控制电流的增大而升高,反之亦然。
PLC (programmable logic controller) has been used in the electro-hydraulic traction control system of the tramcars. Solving the problem that the traction power only depends on hydraulic in the past, the paper presents the new electro-hydraulic system. Data acquisition board which is connected to PLC through bus isolation modules and PLC is linked to the proportional valve. The tramcars speed relates to the hydraulic-pressure motor's rotate speed and the latter will be faster along with the current value being bigger, vice versa.
