摘要 分析了Pro/E行为建模的特点和内容,探讨了行为建模的功能和基本步骤,通过实例,在对曲轴模型参数进行测量分析、灵敏度分析及可行性/优化分析的基础上,对曲轴模型进行了多目标设计研究,实现了对曲轴模型的优化设计。通过修改模型的结构形状,在满足曲轴重心和轴线重合的条件下,实现了曲轴质量、表面积、轮廓周长最小的设计目标。从设计结果来看,行为建模方法对产品设计优化效果比较明显,为设计师实现设计过程的工程目标驱动提供了一种借鉴和方法。 The characteristics and contents of the Pro/E behavior modeling are analyzed. The functions and basic steps are explored. Through instances, the crankshaft model parameters are measured and analyzed, and on the basis of the analysis of its sensitivity and feasibility or optimization, the crankshaft modeling is researched in multi-objective design aspects and the optimum design of crankshaft modeling is completed. By modifying the structure and shape of the model, and under the condition of the, superposition of the centre of gravity and axis of the crankshaft, the design goal of the quality, surface area, and contour perimeter of the crankshaft is minimized. From the design result, it is more obvious that adopting the behavior modeling can optimize the effect of the product design, and provide a reference and guidance for the designer to achieve engineering object drive in the design process.
