摘要
通过盆栽试验,在山西省襄垣县矿区复垦土壤上不同施肥条件下种植接种根瘤菌的白三叶草,结果表明,接种根瘤菌能显著提高白三叶草根瘤菌的固氮能力,增强植株干物质的积累和对氮磷元素的吸收,提高土壤养分利用率,加速矿区生态恢复。
With the method of pot-euhivation test, the elover's growth and soil nutrient were analysed in the mining reclamation in Xiangyuan of Shanxi Province. The result indicates that Rhizobia inoeulalion could significantly increase clover dry matter accumulation and the nutrient content of clover, obviously enhance the clover's absoption of mineral nutrient, raise the utilization of soil nutrients and accelerate the rate of ecological restoration.
