摘要
蔬菜体内硝酸盐含量的高低对安全食用具有显著的影响,施肥是影响蔬菜体内硝酸盐含量高低的重要因子。对氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素肥料和有机肥料施用对蔬菜体内硝酸盐含量的影响进行了探讨,同时还讨论了硝化抑制剂的应用情况。
Content of nitrate in vegetable has significant influence on vegetable safety. Fertilization is an important factor of a key factor influencing the content of nitrate. The effect of nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potassie fertilizer, mieronutrient fertilizer, and organic manure on the content of nitrate in vegetable are reported. And the application of nitrification inhibitor is also discussed.
