摘要
发现石墨烯至今仅5年,但其已迅速成为目前材料科学和凝聚态物理研究的一个热点,这归因于它是严格的二维结构,蕴涵着许多新的物理以及潜在应用。简要介绍了石墨烯的概念,重点评述了其制备方法以及电子结构、力学特征等基本物理特性,讨论了石墨烯器件的研发现状,并展望了其未来发展前景以及其它的潜在应用。
Despite its only five-year history, graphene has been attracting much attention on the horizon of materials science and condensed-matter physics. This strictly two-dimensional material has already revealed lots of new physics and potential applications. Its production is briefly examined and the electronic structure, electrical transport and elastic properties are discussed. Also, the progress made with the graphene-based electronics is reviewed. Finally, a positive outlook is given in its fantastic future and other potential applications.
