摘要
目的:通过对微波消毒根管治疗的临床应用、细菌学和扫描电镜的观察,分析应用微波对感染根管消毒的疗效,为临床应用提供依据。方法:①临床病例观察;②微波消毒根管前后的需氧菌和厌氧菌培养;③应用扫描电镜观察微波辐射后的根管壁形态变化。结果:115例120个牙临床治疗效果良好,细菌学观察表明微波对需氧菌和厌氧菌均有良好的杀灭效果,扫描电镜观察结果显示:随着微波功率和作用时间的增加,根管壁部分发生一些变化,但根管壁无破坏和损伤。结论:微波对感染根管的消毒治疗疗效可靠,疗程短,无并发症,可代替药物消毒。
Aim: Analyzing the therapeutic results of infective root canal sterilization with microwave (instead of drugs), clinically, bacteriology and by scanning electron microscope to provide basis for clinical practice. Methods: ① Observation of clinical cases. ② Fostering of aerobe and anaerobe before and after root canal sterilization with microwave. ③ Observing the change of the wall of root canal after microwave radiation. Results: The clinical therapeutic results of 115 cases with 120 teeth were better. Bacteriological observation showed that microwave had better sterilizing result to aerobe and anaerobe. The result of scanning electron microscopic observation showed that the wall of root canal presented a series of changes following the increase power and time of microwave, but no damage. Conclusions: Sterilizing result of microwave is reliable to infective root canal. The course of treatment is shorter and no complications. It can replace sterilization with drugs and has an extensive practical future.
