摘要
试验证明,样品提取液经活性炭吸附脱色或水蒸气蒸馏甲醛或活性炭脱色并水蒸气蒸馏甲醛后,用GB/T2912.1—2009方法测定纺织品中甲醛,可有效消除样品颜色对测定甲醛的影响。方法用于深色样品中甲醛的测定,结果与标准值相符,解决了国标GB/T2912.1—2009不适于深色提取液中甲醛测定的问题。
It proves that by using active carbon to absorb pigment or steam to distil formaldehyde or active carbon to fate and steam to separate formaldehyde, then the formaldehyde in textile products is determined with the national standard way of GB/T 2912.1-2009.It can been dispelled effectively that the color of sample influence determination of formaldehyde .Applying the method to determine formaldehyde in dark color sample ,the result tallies with standard value .The problem is solved that the national standard way of GB/T 2912.1-2009 is not suited to determine formaldehyde in dark color extraction solution.
