摘要
为使我院的装备教学更好地适应部队装备发展的需要,培养适合部队需要的新型装备人才,在对现行装备教学存在问题进行分析的基础上,从转变教学观念、更新教学内容、优选教学方法、改进考评方法等四方面对装备教学改革进行了深入剖析,提出了几点改进措施.
In order for adapting the radar equipment teaching to the demand of military equipment development and cultivating new military equipment personnel fitted for the units, the reform of equipment teaching was analyzed in detail in terms of changing the teaching idea, updating the teaching contents, optimizing the teaching method and improving the method of examination and appraisal, based on analyzing the problems existed in the current equipment teaching, and a few improvement measures were presented.
