摘要
在数控机床上采用全闭环控制系统可提高其加工精度,但在实现全闭环控制过程中往往会出现机床跟随误差和反向误差较大等问题。针对加长床身、纵向用齿轮齿条传动的专用数控机床,研究了基于运动控制卡的全闭环控制系统的控制原理和实现方法,解决了实现全闭环控制后如何减小机床跟随误差、消除机床反向误差等难题,并已应用于实际,取得了满意的效果。
The machining precision of NC machine can be improved with the closed-loop control system. But some problems appear in the process of the closed-loop control, such as larger following error and reversing error. The principle of closed-loop control based on motion controller and the application on special NC machine with lengthened bed and driven by rack and gear longitudinally were studied. Some problems, such as how to reduce the following error and how to eliminate the reversing error, were settled. This method was applied in practice and pleased result was got.
