摘要
介绍了弧型织物的特点、生产原理和生产过程中需要的条件。经向弧型织物是用特制的V型钢筘在生产时上下移动形成的,纬向弧型织物是依赖钢筘的每个筘齿片形状不同,逐渐过渡,打纬时筘齿与纬纱的接触点形成曲线而织成。弧型织物与其他织物联合时,要根据所联合的织物来制定工艺,有时需要使用2个或2个以上的织轴。布面上弯曲明显的经纱在整经时应减少张力垫圈的质量,还要提高浆纱的质量。
The characters, forming principle and conditions needed during the production of curved fabric are introduced in this paper. The warp -curved fabric is made by using V - shaped metal reed to move up and down in producing whilst the weft - curved fabric is dependent on each different shaped reed tooth and its gradually transition, and the fabric curve is made on the contact points of reed tooth and weft in beating. As curved fabric joints with other fabric, the process should be designed according to the fabric jointed, and sometimes need to use two or more than two beams. The weight of tension - washer on the warps bending obviously on the cloth should be to reduce in warping and the sizing of such warps should be enhaneed.
