摘要
针对配棉含短绒量较高的情况在各工序采取了相应技术措施。开清棉工序以"多松少打、多梳早落"为原则,为减少纤维损伤,减少打击点,跳过一套A036B型豪猪式开棉机;梳棉工序降低刺辊转速,提高盖板速度;并条工序采用顺牵伸工艺,合理配置牵伸倍数;粗纱工序采用较小牵伸倍数,较大粗纱捻系数;细纱工序采取大后区罗拉隔距,小后区牵伸倍数的工艺原则,通过一系列措施的实施,使成纱质量达到要求。
To meet high short fiber content in cotton assorting, relative processing measures are adopted in each process. Processing principle of "more opening fewer beating and more carding and earlier drop" is adopted in opening and scutching processes. To lighten fiber damage, a AO36B porcupine opener is over passed to decrease the beating points. Smaller taker - in speed and high flat speed are used in carding process. Order draft and reasonable draft multiple are used in drawing process. Smaller draft multiple and bigger roving twist factor are taken in roving process. Bigger back zone gauge and smaller back zone draft multiple are adopted in spinning process. Through such a series of measures, formed yarn quality had met customer demands.
