摘要
在对邯郸区域图书馆联盟发展面临的形势进行论述的基础上,着重就邯郸区域图书馆联盟的发展进行了SWOT分析,富有针对性地提出了邯郸区域图书馆联盟建设和发展应采取的战略对策和主要措施。
Analyzing the present situation and aiming at the SWOT analysis of the development of regional library consortia in Handan Region, the paper has proposed the highly targeted strategic measures and major initiatives on means to construct and develop the regional library consortia in Handan Region.
