摘要
针对铁路施工企业利润率低而管理成本高的现状,提出创效管理的思想,即在既定的大环境下,如何从企业内部挖掘潜力,提高企业盈利水平的管理理念,以系统工程的思想,分别论述了投标签约阶段的创效管理、施工准备阶段的创效管理、施工阶段的创效管理和竣工收尾阶段的创效管理。
Article for the current situation of the railway construction enterprise with low profitability and the management status of the high cost,bring forwards the thought that the efficiency-creating management,that is a management concept,which in the established environment tapping the potential from inside of enterprise improving the level of gaining profits.With the thought of system engineering,the article comments the efficiency-creating management in the tender for the contract signing stage,the planning of construction stage, the construction stage and the completion stage.
