摘要
大断面巷道受赋存环境、开采扰动及人工支护的耦合影响,其稳定与否直接决定矿井的安全生产。以破碎围岩环境下羊场湾矿大断面巷道为背景,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟和锚杆测力计、压力表等现场监测方法,综合分析了锚杆受力和巷道变形情况,并定量确定了巷道的支护参数。实践表明:顶板和两帮锚杆(索)采用850mm×850mm,850mm×900mm的支护能够满足矿井安全开采的需要。
Coupled affected by environment, mining disturbance and support, large section roadway's stability directly determines safe mining in production. Based on the large section roadway under broken rock environment of Yangchangwan Coal mine, using theoretical analysis, FLAC^3D numerical simulation and dynamometer anchor, pressure gauges on-site, a comprehensive analysis of the bolt force and roadway deformation has been given. At last, roadway support parameters is assured quantitatively. Practice shows that roof, and two groups of bolt (cable) using 850 mm × 850 mm, 850 mm × 900 mm spacing of the bracing meet the needs of the mine safe mining.
