摘要 采用电刷镀和钎焊Sn-Bi+Cu+Ni合金修复深沟,用碱铜打底,刷镀快速镍恢复尺寸层,然后刷镀Ni-Wu"D"合金的复合镀进行修复。本文介绍了有关修复的工艺设计、工艺流程、工艺配方、工艺参数等。经使用表明,该工艺方法操作简便、经济、快捷,修复后使用效果良好。 In the long-term use process of the lathe, because of the scratch and corrosion caused by scrap iron, some pits and grooves with different depth on the leading rail surface appeared. Because of these pits and grooves, the processing precision of lathe was affected seriously. Therefore, the scene restoration with the brush electroplating technique was carried out, and the restoration process was studied. The brush eleetroplating and the Sn-Bi+Cu+Ni alloy braze welding is used to repair the pits and grooves. The alkali copper is used as matrix, and the size layer is restored by the brushes plating with fast nickel. And then the compound plating with Ni--Wu "D" alloy is used to repair the leading rail. This paper introduces the related repair technological design, the technical process, process formula and parameter and so on. It indicates that operation of this technology method is simple, low cost and quick. And the use result is good after restoration of the leading rail.
