摘要
整合是为了将扩张后得到的分散能力凝聚成核心能力而加以发挥,采用定量方法并结合定性方法研究能力整合问题,结合蚁群算法的特点,采用蚁群算法对开发、扩张后的技术能力集合进行筛选,构建能力整合平台,组成能力整合小组进行能力整合。
The goal of aggregation is that the scattered competences obtained by expanding are condensed the core competences which will be leveraged, formerly competence aggregation＇s study methods mainly were the qualitative method, this article firstly uses the quantitative method and unifies the qualitative method to study competence aggregation question, according to the ant colony algorithm＇s characteristic, screen the developed and expanded technology competence set by the ant group algorithm, then construct competence aggregation platform, compose competence aggregation group to carry on competence aggregation.
