摘要
为提高企业技术创新能力指标的可操作性,设计了新的企业技术创新能力评价指标体系。针对指标间存在反馈的特点,应用网络层次分析法ANP对企业的技术创新能力进行了评价。
In order to improve maneuverability of the enterprise technological innovation capability evaluation indexes, a new evaluation index system is designed. Aiming at the feedbacks characteristics between indexes, Analytic Network Process （ANP） method is applied to evaluate the capability of enterprise technological innovation provides a based on the new idea for proposed index system. This method overcomes the correlation of factors, and the Enterprise Technology Innovation evaluation.
