摘要
对常见卷材屋面渗漏产生的具体原因和病害处理方法进行了介绍,指出卷材质量、操作工艺、施工管理及验收维护管理不到位均是造成卷材屋面渗漏的重要原因。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the leakage of roof with waterproof coiled material corresponding leakage treatment mea- stares are introduced. Author points out that questions existed in the quality of waterproof coiled material, operation process, construction management as well as acceptance and maintenance management are major factors caused the leakage of roof with waterproof coiled material.
