介绍了固定总价合同的定义、现状及变更索赔产生的原因,变更索赔的定义及现实意义,从工程各阶段变更索赔点和变更索赔规划两方面阐述了固定总价合同模式下的变更索赔的一般做法,给合同双方以及参建各方提供了一些可借鉴的意见。
The definition and status of fixed contract price and changes claims origin reasons, the changes and claims definition and practical meaning were introduced. The common claims changing under fixed contract price model was illustrated from engineering every stage changing claims and changing claims planning, some referenced suggestions were proposed combined with contract parts and participated construction part.
