摘要
用0．01mol／L醋酸钠溶液-乙腈（2：1）为流动相，检测波长224nm，以流动相作溶剂的色谱条件，改良HPLC法测定氟苯尼考含量的方法，克服了进口兽药质量标准和农业部部颁标准测定过程中出现的缺陷，得到了理想的效果。测定结果准确可靠，与原标准规定方法无显著差异。对2010版《中国兽药典》的修订具有较大参考价值。
Using 0.01mol/L sodium acetate - acetonitrile （ 2 ： 1 ） as mobile phase, detection wavelength 224nm , mobile phase as solvent chromatographic conditions. Improved HPLC determi- nation of florfenicolcontent, overcome using import quality veterinary drugs standards and agriculture ministry standard, determination of defects arising in the course, got the desired results. Determination of accurate and reliable , method with the original standard specifies no significant difference. On the 2010 edition of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia amendment has great reference value.
