摘要
测定了3个甘蔗品系云瑞99-113、云瑞99-601、云瑞99-155和对照品种ROC10经过不同堆放时间后蔗糖分和还原糖的变化情况。结果表明:随着堆放时间的推移,4个参试材料的蔗糖分均呈下降趋势,还原糖的含量都呈增加的趋势。4个材料的糖分和还原糖在堆放时都表现出一定的差异。云瑞系列的3个品系的蔗糖分转化速率都较ROC10慢,较耐堆储。
The sugarcane varieties Yunrui99-113, Yunrui99-601, Yunrui99-115, and the control variety ROC 10 were used as experimental materials to test, the effect of different deposited time on sucrose and reducing sugar content. The results showed as follows: with increasing deposited time, the sucrose content of four sugarcane varieties reduced but reducing sugar content increased. There were differences in the sucrose and reducing sugar content of four sugarcane varieties during depositing. The rates of sucrose transformation among three Yunrui varieties were lower than that of ROC10, and the 3 sugarcane varieties were able to bear stack.
