人参总皂甙对运动性疲劳大鼠骨骼肌结构和功能影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 探讨运动性疲劳模型大鼠骨骼肌结构和功能的变化和人参总皂甙抗疲劳的效应。采用中等强度的跑台运动建立动物模型,将大鼠分为空白组、模型组和人参总皂甙组。模型组和人参总皂甙组给药后连续运动两周后,检测大鼠骨骼肌线粒体膜电位和游离钙含量、骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD),并在电镜下观察大鼠骨骼肌纤维、肌细胞线粒体和细胞核等超微结构。结果发现人参总皂甙能显著降低骨骼肌细胞MDA含量、增强SOD活性、抑制骨骼肌细胞内钙稳态失衡和线粒体膜电位降低(均有P<0.05),减轻骨骼肌肌纤维、骨骼肌细胞线粒体和细胞核等超微结构的损伤,发挥抗运动性疲劳的效应。 This study aims to observe the change of the structure and functions of rat skeletal muscle with exercise - induced fatigue and find out the effects of Ginsenosides on anti - fatigue. We established the animal model of treadmill exercise with medium intensity : the rats were divided irito 3 groups randomly : control group, model group and Ginsenosides group. After two - week experiment, mitochondfia membrane potential of rat skeletal muscle, free Ca^2 + content, MDA content, and SOD activity have been measured; meanwhile, ultra -structures have been observed through the electron microscope, such as rat skeletal muscle fiber, muscle cell mitochondria and nucleus. The result shows that Ginsenosides can help solve the problems of steady imbalance of Ca^2+ in skeletal muscle cells and reduction of mitochondria membrane potential, and decrease MDA of skeletal muscle cells, and activate SOD activity. In conclusion, it can reduce injuries of skeletal muscle ceils induced by sports and play a role of anti - fatigue.
