摘要 目前在临床广泛应用的抗肿瘤药物多数为非选择性药物,为了提高药物疗效,减少毒副作用,人们对其超微粒子靶向、控释体系进行探索。载体材料必须是可生物降解的聚合物,包括天然和合成两类,可以为抗肿瘤药物治疗提供新的具有靶向功能的药物。本文就近年来抗肿瘤纳米药物载体的研究进展作一综述。 At the present time, the drugs to the tumors used in clinic mostly are not selective in vivo. People have started to do many researches on the targeting ultrastructure and the systems of controlling release for improving the drug-efficiencies and decreasing the side-effects. And the cartier materials must be resolvable which include the natural category and the synthetics. All these may be able to provide a new kind of medicine having targeting function. The research advancement of drug-nanoparticles' carrying agents in recent years will be summarized in this article.
