非缺碘地区吸烟对甲状腺体积影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨非缺碘地区吸烟对甲状腺体积的影响。方法442例新会地区的健康志愿者根据吸烟状况分为嗜烟者、间断吸烟者和不吸烟者,采用超声检测甲状腺体积,结合年龄和体重分析吸烟与甲状腺体积的关系。结果嗜烟者和间断吸烟者平均体重减轻而平均甲状腺体积增加,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺体积与吸烟程度的加重而有增加趋势,甲状腺左侧、右侧和总体积是嗜烟者>吸烟者>非吸烟者,但三者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺异常回声在各组之间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在非缺碘地区,吸烟并不增加甲状腺体积和甲状腺异常回声。 Objective To evaluate the influence of cigarette smoking on the thyroid gland volume of people living in the region without iodine deficiency. Methods According to the cigarette smoking habit, 442 healthy volunteers living in Xinhui area were divided into addictive smoker group, occasional smoker group and non-smoker group. Ultrasonographic technique was used to determine the thyroid gland volume. The correlation between cigarette smoking and thyroid gland volume was analyzed. Results The mean body weight and the mean thyroid gland volume were higher in the addictive smokers and occasional smokers, but the increase was not statistical significant (P〉0.05). There was a tendency of increase in the thyroid gland volume in the heavy smoking group. The left lobe, right lobe and the total volume of thyroids were also increased in the order of addictive smoker 〉 occasional smoker 〉 non- smoker, but the change was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The thyroid gland abnormal echo pattern was similar in all groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion There is no association between smoking and the increase in thyroid gland volume and thyroid gland abnormal echo in the region without iodine deficiency.
