摘要
随着社会竞争的不断加剧,职业倦怠现象已广泛出现于社会生活的各个领域,被视为新世纪的危机和现代生活的疾病。本人在近十年的教育教学工作中深感教师职业倦怠现象的普遍性、严重性,它已成为当前教育界较为突出和令人担忧的问题。本文试图通过回顾、整理与反思我国学者这些年来在教师职业倦怠领域的研究内容和成果,大体呈现我国在该领域的研究状况,以期促进对该问题的研究。
With the increasing competition of society, phenomena of vocational burnout have been widely seen in the various fields of social life. With ten years' teaching experience, the writer deeply feels the universality and severity of teacher's burnout. This paper attempts to review, organize and reflect on researches carried out by Chinese scholars in this field over the past few years, to have a general understanding of China's researches and conduct future research in this area.
