摘要
在Paris-Erdogan裂纹扩展模型的基础上,考虑裂纹扩展模型的随机参数影响,采用裂纹长度失效准则建立旋转机械转轴裂纹扩展的可靠性模型,应用随机摄动理论和Kronecker代数导出状态函数的前四阶矩,应用应力-强度干涉理论和四阶矩技术,确定转轴裂纹扩展的可靠度,并通过数值算例表明文中方法的有效性和实用性。
On the basis of the Paris-Erdogan crack propagation model, the effect of random parameters on the crack propagation model is considered, the reliability model for crack propagation of rotating shaft in rotating machinery is presented based on the crack length failure criteria. The first four moments of state function are determined by applying the random perturbation theory and the Kronecker algebra. The reliability of crack propagation is obtained by using the stress-strength interference theory and the fourth moment method. Results from numerical example prove the proposed method is effective and practical.
