摘要
利用水文学方法、水库溃坝洪水计算模型及二维水力学数学模型分别对水库库区洪水风险和水库溃坝洪水风险进行分析,利用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0对ArcGIS进行二次开发,将风险信息按照一定的方式自动显示在地图上,从而实现了水库洪水风险图的自动编制,并将该方法应用于江苏省石梁河水库洪水风险图的编制.应用结果表明,通过该方法编制的水库洪水风险图可以为当地防汛部门制订科学合理的防洪调度方案和抗洪救灾措施提供科学依据和技术支撑.
Hydrological methods, dam-break flood models and two-dimensional hydraulic models were employed to analyze the risk of flooding in reservoir regions and flooding caused by dam breakage. The secondary development of ArcGIS was performed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and risk information was automatically displayed on a map in a certain way so as to realize the automatic mapping of flooding risk of reservoirs. The proposed method was applied to the Shilianghe Reservoir in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the flood risk map obtained with the proposed method can provide a scientific basis and technical support for local departments to compile schemes for flood prevention and operation and to take measures for flood control and disaster mitigation.
