摘要
结合QDY型桥式起重机检验实例,探索其在高温、高粉尘、高危险、高要求等因素下,对其作业环境和选型、吊钩以下部分、起升机构、主要受力构件、操作控制、安全保护装置、电气设备和控制系统方面的安全要求和检验方法以及在检验时的防护,并提出该类起重机在检验、维修保养和使用方面要注意的几点问题,供有关单位参考。
With the aid of several cases of inspection, this essay explores some safety-related aspects of QDY-type bridge crane when subjected to demanding factors like high temperature, heavy dust, high risk and high demands. In the exploration, it touches on safety requirements for those aspects, including the operating environment and type selection, the part below the hook, the lifting structure, major load-bearing members, operation control, safety protection devices, electrical equipment, and the control system ; methods for inspection of the aspects ; and the protection required to be pro- vided during such inspection. It then further raises, for reference by any individual or organization concerned, several points to pay attention to when this type of crane is insoected, renaired, maintained or used.
