摘要
为了充分利用CAD模型信息进行装配序列规划,将单一零件和子装配体统一为装配单元,建立了基于装配特征的产品层次模型。通过装配特征矩阵的建立来分析装配单元的自由度信息,进而确定其可拆卸程度。基于"可拆即可装"的假设,对可拆卸启发式规则、拆卸方向和连接关系进行分析,生成产品的拆卸/装配序列。在对装配序列进行优化的基础上,生成可行的装配序列。以球阀产品为例详细介绍了应用情况。
For the sake of carrying out the assembly sequence planning with a fully utilization on the CAD model information, let the singularity part and the sub-assembly be unified as an assembly unit so as to establish the hierarchical model of product based on assembly characteristics. By passing through the establishment of assembly characteristics matrixes the degree of freedom information of the assembly unit was analyzed and then its detachable degree was determined. Based on the hypothesis of "detachable means installable", analyses were carried out on the detachable enlightening rule, the dismantlement direction and the linking relationship to produce the dismantlement / assembling sequence. On the basis of carrying out optimization on the assembling sequence, the feasible assembling sequence was generated. Taking the globe valve product as an example, the application circumstances were introduced in detail.
