摘要
文章介绍了特钢事业部条钢厂针对精整分厂6台退火炉所使用的气动阀门定位器故障率高,耗气量大的情况,与能源环保部共同研制出一种节能的新型阀门定位器,它能够在提高工作性能、降低故障率的同时,将工作耗气量压低到原来的1/7以下,为条钢厂节约了大量的氮气消耗。
This article introduced the situation in 2007 that the air operated valve positioner in the special steel services department bar iron factory are in failure rate, which is used in 6 annealing furnaces of the finishing branch factory is too high. The nitrogen consumption is too big. With the energy environmental protection department cooperation, bar iron factory develops one kind of energy-saving new valve positioner, it can reduce the failure rate during the enhancement operating performance, and pull down the working gas consumption to original below 1/7, which can save the massive nitrogen consumption for the bar iron factory.
