摘要
目的:观察首发精神分裂症患者普通餐后甘油三酯的变化,早期发现隐匿性脂代谢异常,从而合理规范地选择抗精神病药物。方法:选择首次发病住院的精神分裂症患者,按有无高血压和糖尿病分为健康组30例,高血压组29例,2型糖尿病组29例。对照组为无精神分裂症的健康志愿者30例。空腹10小时后及进餐后4小时分别测血甘油三酯,结果进行统计分析。结果:(1)合并高血压和2型糖尿病的精神分裂症患者与健康组相比空腹及餐后4 h血TG水平明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);合并2型糖尿病的精神分裂症患者空腹及餐后4 h血TG水平明显高于合并高血压组和健康组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)精神分裂症患者空腹血TG的水平高于健康人群,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);精神分裂症患者餐后4 h血TG的水平较空腹明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而且精神分裂症患者餐后4 h血TG的水平还明显高于健康人群,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者即使空腹血TG水平正常,餐后4 h TG水平也是显著升高的,合并有糖尿病或高血压的患者尤为显著。

(2) schizophrenia sickness patient empty stomach blood TG level is higher than the healthy crowd, but the difference does not have the significance (P 〉 0.05 ) ; After schizophrenia sickness patient meal, 4h the blood TG level compares the empty stomach to elevate obviously, the difference has the significance (P 〈 0.05 ) ; After schizophrenia sickness patient meal, 4h the blood TG level compares the empty stomach to elevate obviously, the difference has the significance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Moreover after schizophrenia sickness patient meal, 4h the blood TG level also obviously is higher than the healthy crowd, the difference has the significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions : Even if the schizophrenia sickness patient the empty stomach blood TG level is normal, after meal, the 4hTG level is also obviously elevates, the merge has diabetes or hypertension's patient is especially remarkable.
