摘要
综述了硼改性酚醛树脂的研究进展,讨论了几种合成方法的特点、效果和作用机理。硼酚醛树脂比普通酚醛树脂具有更为优良的耐热性、瞬时耐高温性能和力学性能,这些性能的改善提高了酚醛树脂的应用价值,扩大了其使用范围。还介绍了几种硼酚醛树脂改进的新工艺。
Recent progress in the studies of boron modified phenolic resin was reviewed. The characteristics, effect and mechanism of several synthetic methods were discussed. The heat resistance, transient high temperature resistance and mechanical properties of boron phenolic resin were better than normal phenolic resin. The improvement of these properties increased the applied value of phenolic resin and enlarged the application range. Besides, several new improving process about boron phenolic resin were also introduced.
